Hocus Pocus 2
3.3/10
This movie is one of the worst pieces of cinema ever recorded.
The plot and worldbuilding disrespect the first one introduced; the dialogue is something dishonest and wants to be quirky and modern, with outdated iCarly dialogue with sprinkles of Marvel jokes; the photography is boring and lacks any effort, wasting the dancers' performances; VFX are used too much, and the characters and lighting are simply off, looking cheap and generic; the direction is awful as well, with sudden cuts, no sense of logic, or pacing.
The only redeeming part of the film was the performance of the Sanderson Sisters and the Prologue at the beginning.
Directed by: Anne Fletcher
