This film is amazing, but it is not strong enough for the message. Sure, it critiques capitalism and exploitation, but on the surface, the ending was right, but it never had the characters make the connection that animal agriculture is inherently bad, independent of the animal or its intelligence, and it shows since neither actor nor director are vegans.
