Frankenstein (2025)

Frankenstein

6.9/10
This adaptation of Frankenstein is a creative and imaginative take that takes liberties and ignores certain tones from the book.
Characters are rather juvenile and flat, and dialogue feels more like theatre with people reading poetry (one character, while dying, is reciting an eloquent and articulated goodbye phrase), though the creature's design gets better. At the beginning looks too perfect and rather pretty for a monster; the fantasy elements are a weak aspect that takes away the interesting Sci-Fi elements, a rather juvenile take on the classic that has creative ideas.
