Ratatouille (2007)

Ratatouille 9.1/10 The film is a ode to art itself, the scrip is so well made that is scary, the effort put on this work of modern animation is monstrous. At the end the film is about the quote Ego gave us. Directed by: Brad Bird

The Lorax (2012)

The Lorax 6.8/10 The film was better than expected and the best from the creators of the minions and might be because of the source. The film has a subtle comment on consumerism, capitalism, and a direct message on environmentalism and brought with fun elements that young people can comprehend and get interested in. Visually is colorful and plays with color accordingly but in animation, it usually plays safe, character design is a highlight except for the bears that I find out of place and awkward morphology. Monsters,INC. (2001)

Monsters, INC. 8.4/10 The first Pixar featured film not directed by Lasseter made new talents and creativity as well as artistic choices bloom. The emotional load in this film had no foreshadowing, this is one of the best Pixar approaches to a real kid with all that means. Directed by: Peter Docter
