The Film is like none other, the plot and the storytelling are up to noir it takes inspiration and blends it with a creative premise where cartoons are sentient beings that live along with humans.
The effects might've aged roughly in some difficult scenes but the legacy has stayed and there has not been a film like these in more than 30 years.
