A film that had to be made, the story of the Osage is a story that the world has to witness.
The film is crude and tender at the same time, it shows us how people can be villainous to the point of being unbelievable and how the goodness and innocence of the Osage people were used as a weapon by the white man.
The film is a masterpiece, it lacks a few side stories and the passing of time is confusing but in the end, this film is another gemstone from the almost-gone generation.
