The film is portrayed as a Grimm corrupted place and Bruce Wayne as a traumatized young adult and aimed with styled cinematography and a score just appropriate which delivers an immersive depiction of the bat and different from Joker (2019) the inspirations taken from this film were subtle and not almost literal as it was for Todd's creation.
