Babel is a Film that you have to have a very open mind and a certain grade of empathy because it shows the life of the over-simplified world cultures, the Occidental american life split in two different scenarios, the Latin culture also split in two different faces, the immigrant and the local Latino, the mid-east culture which is also split in two faces in the country folk life and the military and political life and just shown in one particular perspective, the Asian life which is perceived by a young deaf teenager who confronts her traumas and her sexual awakening.
this Film sadly is not more than the sum of its parts but actually better by just taking just certain stories and scenarios.
